As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $1,000. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. About the Owner
Our family has a deep appreciation for the Broken Bow area, particularly the community of Hochatown and its unique offerings. We've been visiting Broken Bow regularly since we relocated from Michigan to the South a decade ago. Living in a bustling city, we missed having a place to unwind and escape from everything. After spending many Spring Breaks and a Thanksgiving break in the area, we decided to establish deeper roots in the peaceful Hochatown. Now that we own a cabin, we cherish the time we spend there as a family, making memories. We also take great pleasure in welcoming others, particularly families, and playing a part in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.Amenities
